Dear Client,

We are contacting you regarding a critical situation that requires your immediate attention.

 Current Situation

Our monitoring system has detected that the NVMe disks on the Amsterdam server have reached the end of their usable lifespan and are showing signs of imminent failure. SMART diagnostics confirm that both disks have exceeded their lifecycle and are presenting critical warnings indicating imminent failure.

 Action Being Taken

Due to this situation and considering the limited number of services hosted on this server, we have made the decision to fully decommission the Amsterdam server instead of performing hardware replacement.

 Important Notice Regarding Your Service

  • Services on the Amsterdam server will not be renewed.

  • All services will be terminated at the end of their current billing period.

  • No extensions or renewals will be offered for this node.

 Timeline and Required Actions

✅ What you should do:

  • Back up all your data as soon as possible.

  • Migrate your services to a new server before the contract ends.

 SMART Diagnostic Report (for Transparency)

We believe in being fully transparent. Below are the actual SMART reports obtained during our inspection of the Amsterdam server:

Device Model: Crucial CT1000P1SSD8
Power_On_Hours: 41,780 Percentage Used: 115% Critical Warning: 0x04 - NVM subsystem reliability has been degraded Media and Data Integrity Errors: 0 Device Model: Crucial CT1000P1SSD8 Power_On_Hours: 40,404 Percentage Used: 104% Critical Warning: 0x04 - NVM subsystem reliability has been degraded Media and Data Integrity Errors: 0

These results confirm that both NVMe drives have exceeded their expected endurance limits and are in a degraded state, posing a high risk of failure.
